The Challenge: This property was previously a rental, and the light flooring, millwork, and stone + chalky developer’s paint showed very obvious wear & tear. The suite was otherwise now-vacant and empty.
The How & What: Two deep cleans, a run-through with our handy-man, and a fresh coat of our propriety crisp-white paint applied by our in-house painter set a fresh stage. We envisioned a young professional with a love for Copenhagen to outline the aesthetic direction in the furnishings and decor.
The Result: Another record-breaking price, even against a dip in the market, within a week of listing.
