An Old Toronto hard loft revamp! Scandinavian-modern permeates in this warm and light-filled loft in Toronto’s West Queen West.
The Challenge: The owner wanted to update the very dated 90s kitchen and bath and introduce Scandinavian elements in the interior styling.
The How & What: We developed a full kitchen and bathroom design scheme for a much-needed update that features custom millwork and lighting throughout, then brought in our trusted trades team to execute the renovation. The furniture and home accessories scheme was inspired by modern Danish design trends.
The Result: While the renovations and interior selections were for the owner’s end-use, the property was at a later time listed as a short-term executive lease that brought about a record-breaking lease price in the neighbourhood.
