One Eleven.

Two-floor soft loft bathed in light in Toronto’s King West District.

The Challenge: Adding warmth and intimacy to this vacant open-air and cold interior + contending with an awkward layout that limited furnishing layout schemes and demanded appropriately scaled pieces.
The How & What: Softer lines + organic forms balanced against the sharpness of the interior, coupled with a warm-neutral colour palette, added a much needed warmth to the interior.

A slim dining table with a full table setting distracted from the otherwise very narrow dining area. The primary bedroom necessitated a low-profile queen bed frame and smaller bedside tables as the only wall that would allow a full bed-setting was tight.
The Result: The property sold well over-asking, setting a new price and price per square foot record, within a week against other listings within the building that sat for months.
