The Challenge: Furnishing, lighting, and styling this junior 1-bedroom suite strategically in order to showcase to prospective Buyers the multi-functional capability of its 495 sq. ft. interior.
The How: We applied appropriately scaled furniture pieces in order to maximize interior-use potential without crowding the space. We even integrated a WFH concept in one of the closet modules!
The Result: Successfully sold after one week of listing for a record-breaking sale price previously unseen, and since unmatched, in the community.
