Downtown Chic.
This water-damaged 2-bed suite in the heart of Downtown Toronto went from doom and gloom to light and airy, with chic interior styling to boot.
The Challenge: This project required a complete renovation to address the damage caused by smoke and flooding + a compelling staging to lend an airiness and lightness to a once-bleak interior.
The How: We developed a design scheme to replace the dark flooring and kitchen millwork that included new flooring, interior paint, millwork, stone, faucet fixtures, and lighting, then brought in our trusted trades team to execute the renovation. The design scheme in part directed the visual narrative of the staging.
The Result: Successfully sold after one week of listing for a record-breaking sale price for 2023.
